8 years ago at this exact moment I was laying in a hospital bed having terrible contractions while members of my family (AHEM MY DAD) kept looking up at the contractions on the monitor and saying "WOW, that was a BIG ONE."
Yeah, if I ever felt like smacking someone.....Well....
Nevermind!
I remember the day just as if it were yesterday.
I remember laying in the bed trying to stay awake even after the nurse gave me a heapin' dose of meds that made me sleepy.
I somehow felt the need to entertain everyone that had gathered in my hospital room.
I tried to be a gracious host.
1:06 pm, you finally decided to make your debut.
(And a good thing you did because if I had to listen to one more "When is the baby going to get here?" again then I may have just smacked-----NEVERMIND!)

Dude. Oh dude. My husband did that thing with the contractions - again and again and again. I kept trying to get him to stop - even begged the nurse to make him stop. Was making me crazy!
